Emotional Turbulence
To get rid of emotional turbulence
She thought of every possible person
With whom she could share her feelings.
Alas! She found that no one was interested in listening.
Tears were rolling down from her eyes.
She looked up
That’s when she thought of her Omnipresent Friend (God).
And a smile came on her face.
Finally! She found a place where she could talk to
someone
And could find peace and tranquillity.
She was getting ready
As she wanted to go to the temple
But, suddenly something stopped her
She sat silently in the corner
And had a sigh of sadness
As she remembered
That she was on her Periods!
Several questions were running through her mind ―
Sadly, she could not change the custom
But, why this emotional turbulence occurs during
Periods?
Why couldn’t a woman do whatever she wanted?

Silent Place
Sitting alone in a silent place
Neither the thoughts about my future
Nor about my past
But, for the first time
The different sounds that I could hear –
The tick-tock of a clock,
The thunder of clouds,
The plash of the rain,
The squelch of the feet,
Caught my attention.
I could hear the different words and different rhythm
Those were coming out of them
Wish! If I were a musician,
I would have deciphered a new song.
Perhaps I got a trick

enjoy the present moment.
