Cliché Dialogues

We always follow cliché dialogues and expect a change in our life. For ex: - “No expectations – Happy life”. I always see this line as status on facebook, whats app, etc. But like I said before, it’s good that we should not expect from all the people around us, but it’s impossible to not expect anything from the people whom we are close to. Deep down we expect things from people and want that they should fulfill our expectations. This is just an example of one of the cliché dialogues that people actually pretend to follow or they think that they are following but sadly they are not.

With the rise of the digital platform and the need to get positivity, pick up a dialogue that keeps on creating buzz; people post statuses regarding that, websites keep on circulating that that ultimately becomes cliché but then it again comes in a loop since neophytes start following that.  

Sometimes people put those positive and bring-change-in-our-life statements (regarding relationships, success, career, etc) as statuses on various social platforms to show their world that how mature they are and how brilliantly they are passing on wisdom to other people despite the fact that those dialogues have actually become cliché and deep down people don’t follow that.

I don’t know when people start listening to their heart and follow a pragmatic approach instead of those cliché dialogues that use as the marketing gimmick.

The Birth (II)

The new member

Welcomed by the family.

The house with toys,

Strewn all over the floor.

But,

Whenever she cries

Everyone sang lullabies

Unrhythmically,

That causes an uproar.

Gradually everyone realized,

This little girl

Changed everyone’s life.

Years later,

When she started understanding things

All she could hear was,

That she is a cry-baby.

During her teenage,

She was a whiner and wimp.

Her family and friends

Always jibe at her looks,

And disparaged her.

Alas! She was all alone

That made her irascible

And she became a short-tempered girl.

She always dreamt  herself

As a confident and a lovable person.

But when she hit the reality

All she could find out in herself

A desolated and dejected person.

Years later,

She met a girl in her school

They became friends.

The girl was beautiful and confident.

Their interests and bonding

Slightly turned her

An inspirited and optimistic person

That aroused her confidence.

The tables turned

And she finally realized

Writing, reading and dancing

Are all her interests.

She promised herself

That she will bring out the girl

She dreamt of.

And hence,

A change ignited

That flourished the flames of interests

And

Nourished her indomitable spirit.

The Birth (I)

The night came

The town embellished

With lights, happiness, enthusiasm, and love

To celebrate the auspicious occasion

Until the moment comes,  

When everyone will

Burned the evilness

And

Celebrate the victory of

Rectitude, integrity, nobility, and goodness.

Amidst of this,

A family was waiting for something more auspicious. 

The town struggled for hours

And the time finally came.

Reverberated with the sound of crackers

People of the town,

Burned the evilness

And

Cheered for the goodness.

And amidst,

The family blessed

With a baby girl.

Under the sacred merriment

A new life began,

The heartbeat pounds rhythmically

That alleviated mother’s pain.

Sparkling eyes,

Tiny and mushy hands,           

And a bright smile

Made little girl’s cheeks red.

DUSK AND DAWN

Every day, 

Looking at the dusk

Remembering the happiness that I have given

Analyzing the mistakes that I have done.

Those different shades of dusk

Reflect me the different shades of the day.

Some dark

While some bright shades.

Enshrouding the dark shades

The bright shades

Reflect emphatically,

The good deeds that I do,

Strength to accomplish the incomplete tasks,

And to give an inkling about the dawn.

And hence, on the next day

The beauteous dawn comes

That sparkles, rejuvenates,

That cajoles me to feel optimistic.

It gives me the hope

To learn from the mistakes and rectify them

And have new targets and priorities.

It gives me the vigor

To become a better person

That can face the world

And can win the challenges.

Oh! You ravishing dawn

Thank you for giving me another day.

A day

That again gives me reasons to get happy,

To do good deeds,

To make mistakes,

To figure out and correct them,

And have a sigh of relief

When the dusk comes again.
